All items are carefully packed (each chess piece individually wrapped) and all orders are shipped via courier with tracking.
In general all the items we sell are antique, so they are generally not in mint/new condition. We try to get any major issues on sets restored before offering them for sale. In terms of condition unless otherwise stated you should expect sets to be in good condition with only minor age related wear and blemishes unless otherwise stated. We are happy to provide more detail on any item as needed. In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with anything we send to you, please just return the item within 5 business days for a full refund.
